Welcome to Sentosa Suds. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and our online platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Sentosa Suds specializes in comprehensive car wash and detailing services, including but not limited to:
- Exterior washing
- Interior vacuuming and detailing
- Waxing and polishing
- Tire shining
- Engine bay cleaning
- Ceramic coating application
- Paint correction
All services are subject to availability and vehicle inspection. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our operations.
2. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments can be made through our online platform, by phone, or in person.
- We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability of preferred services and time slots.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Prices for our services are displayed on our communication channels and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requests. A quote will be provided before commencing work.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, details of which can be provided upon request.
4. Vehicle Condition and Damage
- Customers are responsible for removing all valuable items from their vehicle prior to service. Sentosa Suds is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
- While we take utmost care, Sentosa Suds is not liable for existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint imperfections, that may become apparent during or after the detailing process.
- Any claims of damage caused by our services must be reported to our staff immediately upon collection of the vehicle. Claims made after the vehicle has left our premises may not be honored.
5. Customer Conduct
We expect all customers to treat our staff with respect. Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentosa Suds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our online platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
